Jin Guan Hong Transport Company, which controls more than one-third of the mining rights in Gaoping Creek, is primarily involved in mining and transportation. They purchased a VOLVO excavator two years ago and were pleasantly impressed by its fuel-efficient and long-lasting performance. The initial conversation with the Taikoo Commercial Vehicles team was limited to one EC350DL, but after understanding the overall project and the requirements to meet the tender timelines while maintaining business efficiency, the team went ahead and proposed an overall equipment requirement along with the maintenance contract that would provide the customer with peace of mind.
